Embutido

Recipe Ingredients:
1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup green bell pepper, minced
1/4 cup red bell pepper, minced
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup pickle relish
1 cup grated extra sharp cheddar cheese
6 whole eggs
pinch of salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions:
Turn the oven on to 325 degrees.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well.
Divide into 6-8 portions and roll.
Wrap individually with foil and seal both ends.
Steam or bake in the oven until firm.
Let cool and refrigerate.
Serve chilled. 

Serving Suggestions:
Slice the roll into 1/2 inch before serving and serve it with catsup or any other dressing that you like.

Additional Comments:
You can also use ham or cooked ground chicken as substitute for turkey or you can just use ground pork alone

Recipe Ingredients:

Marinade:

1 kg porkloin

1 cup oister sauce

minced garlic

salt & pepper

 Gravy:

1 whole butter

2 cups evap milk

1 cup all purpose cream

1 cup cornstarch

sugar, salt & pepper

 

Cooking Instructions:

Put in all ingridients in the marinade, refrigerate atleast for 4 hours before frying in a small amount of butter(since were using porkloin, 45 secs / side is enough; can directly be fried on a sizzling plate)

1 kilo pork chop or liempo,grilled
1 large white onion,chopped
1/4 cup ginger,finely chopped
1-2 pcs chili pepper,chopped 4-5 pcs calamansi
3/4 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon white sugar
salt & pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup pineapple juice(unsweetened)
1/2 litre sprite softdrink
1 pc. big onion(sliced)
1 small pack paminta
3 pcs. garlic crushed
1 kilo special cut pork (pigue)


Cooking Instructions:
in a casserole, mix all ingredients, cook until in a low-medium heat, and wait until the meat is tender.

2-3 pc of red tomatoes,sliced 1/4 pork,cut lengthwise thinly

   1 1/2 lb Bangus (milkfish) or
            -white fish, dressed
     1/2 c  Vinegar
     1/4 c  Water
   1 1/2 ts Salt
            1/2 inch ginger, crushed
